The invention provides a mobile trolley structure for a corridor elevator and a corridor elevator traction system, and belongs to the technical field of corridor elevators. The mobile trolley structure comprises a mobile trolley frame, a handrail connecting structure, a pedal folding and unfolding rotary shaft structure and a traction connecting structure. The mobile trolley frame comprises an upper frame internally provided with a pedal drive mechanism, a lower frame internally provided with a pedal folding and unfolding mechanism, and a walking mechanism arranged on the side, facing a pedal, of the mobile trolley frame and connected with a corridor elevator rack. The handrail connecting structure and the upper frame are connected. The traction connecting structure is connected with the mobile trolley frame. The pedal drive mechanism is connected with the pedal folding and unfolding mechanism through a pedal pull rope. The pedal folding and unfolding mechanism is connected with the pedal folding and unfolding rotary shaft structure through the pedal pull rope. The invention further provides the corridor elevator traction system with the mobile trolley structure. The structure is simple, vacant space of the mobile trolley frame is reasonably utilized, operation is stable, reliability is high, and installation and maintenance cost is greatly reduced.
