The invention relates to a recoiling-free magnetic propelling device. The recoiling-free magnetic propelling device is characterized by comprising at least two accommodation portions spaced a certain distance, one end of each accommodation portion is provided with a first stress portion, and the other end is provided with an opening and a second stress portion. An energy release portion is arranged in each accommodation portion, two sides of each energy release portion are provided with a collision portion respectively, and all the collision portions are same in quality. The recoiling-free magnetic propelling device applies the Lorentz force and electromagnetic technology of the magnetic field for motion charges, can convert expansion consumption energy specifically without generating counter action force relative to the propelling device, generates action force towards the positive direction directly by the energy and is an all-direction propelling device.
