The invention provides a dehydration type water lettuce removal ship manufacturing and using method. A dehydration type water lettuce removal ship is composed of a ship body, a conveying device and a dehydration device. The ship body is provided with a support, the dehydration device and an arrangement and residue receiving barrel. The support is provided with the conveying device. Hook teeth of the conveying device can fish up water lettuce from the water and convey the water lettuce into the dehydration device to be subjected to dehydration, and the dehydrated residues fall into the barrel. When the ship is used, and the ship body advances forwards, the water lettuce is gathered in the front of the conveying device and conveyed into the dehydration device to be subjected to dehydration, and the dehydrated residues are conveyed to the land and can be processed through high-temperature composting.
