The invention discloses a turnover type overhauling platform. The turnover type overhauling platform comprises a grating and a first lifting structure. The first lifting structure comprises a first inhaul cable and a first head end guiding pulley, the grating is fixed to the wall of a ship in a turnover mode, the first head end guiding pulley is arranged above the grating, the first end of the first inhaul cable is connected with the grating, the first inhaul cable is wound around the first head end guiding pulley, and the second end of the first inhaul cable is detachably fixed to the wall of the ship. The turnover type grating platform is structurally connected with the ship and can be easily turned over through the inhaul cable of a handle and the guiding pulley, and equipment at a narrow region and a region which people can not easily reach in the ship is effectively maintained; in maintaining, the grating is turned over and put away at ordinary times, and normal using of space inside the ship is guaranteed.
