The invention discloses an automobile doorframe rubber strip and an installation method thereof. The doorframe rubber strip comprises an inlay portion and a buffer portion which is located at the outer side of the inlay portion, the inlay portion comprises an occlusion groove used for being occluded with an automobile doorframe and a bending wall extending from the groove bottom wall of the occlusion groove in the direction of backing against the buffer portion, bending wall structure adjusting adhesive is arranged on the inner surface, adjacent to the occlusion groove, of the bending wall, the bending wall structure adjusting adhesive is used for lifting the bending wall out of a plastic covering part on the inner side face of the automobile doorframe in the installation process, and the bending wall structure adjusting adhesive is arranged in the length direction of the bending wall. According to the automobile doorframe rubber strip, in the installation process, installation personnel can lift out the bending wall in one time, the time of installing the rubber strip is saved, and the installation efficiency is raised.
