The invention relates to a wear resistant brake device of a non-motor vehicle. The device comprises an outer cladding layer (1), two lining pipes (2) arranged side by side in parallel, and two winding springs (3), wherein brake wire bodies (4) comprise a carbon fiber core wire set (4.1) on an inner layer and a resin layer (4.2) on an outer layer; annular belts (5) are arranged at the end parts of the brake wire bodies (4); and a wear resistant coating layer is applied on the surface of the outer cladding layer (1). In the wear resistant brake device of the non-motor vehicle, the lining pipes guarantee two brake wires to have the same lengths, and guarantee the two brake wire bodies to be uniformly stressed in braking; the brake wire bodies are simple in molding, light in mass, excellent in chemical corrosion resistance and weather resistance, low in production cost, and resistant to wear; and the annular belts at the end parts of the brake wires are used for fixing the brake wires with a handlebar, so that the brake wires are not deviated from the handlebar, and the riding safety is guaranteed.
