The invention relates to a self-unloading type tungsten concentrate lifting device and a tungsten concentrate self-unloading method. The lifting device comprises a lifting device body and a lifting barrel and is characterized in that the lifting barrel comprises a barrel body, a barrel bottom and a lifting rod, wherein the top end of the barrel body is a straight barrel main body, and the bottom end of the barrel body is a conical barrel main body; the straight barrel main body is welded with the large conical ends of the conical barrel main body, and the barrel bottom is a conical table which can be separated from the barrel body; a steel channel is welded to the top of the barrel body, and a hole is formed in the middle of the steel channel; and the hole is large than the outer diameter of the lifting rod, and the lifting rod penetrate the hole and is fixedly connected with the conical table. According to the lifting method, the lifting device is adopted to achieve self unloading of tungsten concentrate, and the lifting device is simple in structure, convenient to operate in use and capable of being widely applied to transferring of other various materials in a workshop.
