The invention discloses an information processing method and device of a vehicle-mounted terminal for a vehicle. The information processing method comprises the following steps: the state information of the vehicle is detected, when the vehicle is in the moving state, the processor starts the screen locking control mode of the touch screen, and when the vehicle is in the stationary state from the moving state, the processor relieves the screen locking control mode of the touch screen, wherein when the screen locking control mode is started, all original touch screen buttons or touch operations of the touch screen are invalid, and the touch screen only can receive preset operation gestures and conduct preset operation responses. In the screen locking control mode, a user conducts corresponding control operations by inputting preset operation gestures, so that the probability of misoperation is lowered, and besides, the user does not need to divert the attention onto the touch screen during driving, so that the driving safety and reliability are improved, and the improvement of the driving experience of the user is facilitated.
