The invention discloses an intelligent control device and method for automobile brake lamps, and an automobile comprising the intelligent control device. The intelligent control device comprises a light sensor, a brake sensor and a controller, wherein the light sensor is used for detecting light intensity of an environment and outputting a light intensity signal; the brake sensor is used for outputting a brake signal when the condition that an automobile brake pedal is stepped on is detected; the controller is used for receiving the light intensity signal outputted by the light sensor and the brake signal outputted by the brake sensor, and controlling the brake lamps to emit light when the brake signal is received; the brightness of the brake lamps is determined by the controller according to the light intensity signal. The brake lamps are driven to show different brightness through judging different external illumination intensity in braking, the power consumption of the complete automobile is reduced while a better warning effect is achieved, and bad visual stimulation to a driver in a rear automobile is not caused. The intelligent control brake lamps are different in brightness, and other operations except for the brake pedal stepping on are not needed.
