The present invention provides a seat elevator of a vehicle seat and a seat elevator forming method. A fan-shaped gear is equipped with a tooth part at the edge of a left-side back connecting rod as the structure of the left-side back connecting rod. A forming die with a cavity is prepared in a manner that a right-side back connecting rod is fixed at the right end of a stabilizer and the fan-shaped gear is fixed at the left end of the stabilizer, so that the light metal, such as an aluminium alloy flows into the forming die to cast the right-side back connecting rod, the fan-shaped gear and the stabilizer by the integral molding. The part of the fan-shaped gear fixed to the stabilizer forms a thick wall, the situation that three components are casted by a same material by the integral molding also can be substituted, and are casted by the integral molding after the individual forming. Moreover, the situation that the three components are formed individually can be substituted, but a part of components is formed individually and then the components are casted by the integral molding.
