An LNG cold energy recovery utilization system and an application method thereof relate to a system that is used to recovery and reuse the cold energy produced in the gasification process of LNG and an application method thereof. The LNG cold energy recovery and utilization system is designed mainly to solve the current problem that the cold energy produced during the gasification process of LNG can not be recovered and used. The LNG cold energy recovery utilization system comprises an LNG storage tank, wherein the LNG storage tank is provided with an inlet and two outlets; each of the outlets of the LNG storage tank is connected to a coil pipe inlet of a cold energy recovery chamber through a pipeline; the coil pipe outlet of the cold energy recovery chamber is connected to a coil pipe inlet of a heat exchanger through a pipeline; the heat exchanger is provided with a cold air outlet; a coil pipe outlet of the heat exchanger is connected to the inlet of the cold energy recovery chamber through a pipeline; an outlet of the cold energy recovery chamber is connected to one of inlets of a control valve through a pipe line; an outlet of the control valve is connected to a coil pipe inlet of a heater through a pipeline; an outlet of the heater is provided with a pipeline; the heater is provided with an inlet and an outlet; and the other outlet of the LNG storage tank is also connected to the other inlet of the control valve through a pipeline. Thus, the recovery utilization system provided herein has the advantages of saving energy and reducing emission.
