The invention relates to a parallel connection battery management method and structure, monomer battery core 1 (5-1) to monomer battery core N (5-n) are connected in parallel to from a power supply energy storage unit, positive electrodes of the monomer battery core 1 (5-1) to the monomer battery core N (5-n) are connected, and then together connected with a positive electrode terminal (1), negative electrodes of the monomer battery core 1 (5-1) to the monomer battery core N (5-n) are connected, and then together connected with a negative electrode terminal (2), the positive electrodes of the monomer battery core 1 (5-1) to the monomer battery core N (5-n) are respectively connected with a voltage acquisition control module (3), the voltage acquisition control module (3) collects the monomer battery voltages of the monomer battery core 1 (5-1) to the monomer battery core N (5-n), dynamic equilibrium management of a low voltage battery from the monomer battery core 1 (5-1) to the monomer battery core N (5-n) is performed, and the voltage acquisition results are transferred into a battery module control center by a communication module (4).
