The invention relates to a constant velocity universal joint drive shaft with good damping effect. The constant velocity universal joint drive shaft comprises a three ball pin type universal joint, a ball cage type universal joint, an input shaft, an output shaft and an intermediate shaft, wherein the three ball pin type universal joint comprises a telescopic end housing, a three ball pin assembly and a telescopic end dustproof sleeve, the ball cage type universal joint comprises a fixed end housing, a ball cage assembly and a fixed end dustproof sleeve, damping devices are arranged at the positions, close to the telescopic end dustproof sleeve and the fixed end dustproof sleeve, of the intermediate shaft respectively and are composed of a plurality of active damping pieces, a plurality of passive damping pieces, first clamping rings and second clamping rings, and the active damping pieces and the active damping pieces are arranged between the first clamping rings and the second clamping rings in a mutual spaced-stacked mode. The constant velocity universal joint drive shaft is reasonable in structure, has good damping effect, facilitates improvement of self anti-seismic property and can well absorb shock to keep good power transmission efficiency when an automobile is driven on a jolting road section.
