The invention discloses a lifting spring type buffer. A lifting hook (1), a connecting nut (2), a center passing column (3) and a plunger valve (12) are connected; the plunger valve (12) moves downwards through a spring (8), and when a front valve (4) blocks the spring (8), the spring (8) generates pressure. When the weight of a lifted object is equal to the pressure, the lifted object begins to move upwards, and the weight of the object is converted into the pressure to be stored in a buffer shell (14). The object descends on the other object, and when the two objects are in contact, the most weight of the lifted object is stored in the buffer shell (14). Along with ascending of the plunger valve (12), the pressure is gradually released, and is changed into the weight, and therefore impact force in the second slows down. The defects that the lifting spring buffer cannot be general, and according to the weight of the object, different types of lifting spring type buffers are selected to be used exist; and the lifting spring type buffer has the advantages of being simple in structure, convenient, practical, obvious in effect, and free of weather temperature influence.
