The invention relates to a novel thermal-insulation diving suit, which comprises a closed micro-porous rubber and two layers of synthetic fibers, wherein the thickness is 1-6 MM, and the integrated body is prepared during diving suit forming. The main components comprise, by mass, 60-85 parts of a foaming rubber, 0.5-1 part of an accelerator, 5-10 parts of a foaming agent, 8-15 parts of a plasticizer, 20-40 parts of a filler, 3-6 parts of a protection agent, and 2-5 parts of a dispersing agent. The novel thermal-insulation diving suit of the present invention has advantages of soft hand-feeling, excellent elasticity, strong buoyancy force, closed-cell structure, low water absorption rate, good waterproof property, excellent shock reducing effect, low thermal conductivity coefficient, excellent thermal insulation property, good seawater extraction resistance, and excellent shock reducing effect.
