The invention relates to a loading structure of a retractable fin stabilizer for a ship. The loading structure of the retractable fin stabilizer comprises a fin shaft and fin blades arranged on the fin shaft and matched with the fin shaft; a first loading earring is arranged at the end of one fin blade while a second loading earring is arranged at the end of the other fin blade, and each of the first loading earring and second loading earring is connected with a piston rod of a corresponding loading oil cylinder set. The first loading earring and second loading earring are integrated with the fin blades. Compared with the prior art, the loading structure of the retractable fin stabilizer for the ship has advantages that the structure is simple, compact and reasonable; through integrating the loading earrings and fin blades in a welding mode, only one time of matching is needed after finishing processing, the fin blades do not need dismantling after being mounted, an operator only needs to cut to remove the earrings, both time and labor are saved, the labor intensity is alleviated, the assembly precision is improved, the production efficiency can be doubled, and the loading structure with fin blades can better simulate the sea wave load situation on the fin stabilizer when moving.
