The invention discloses a motorcycle engine front suspension structure which comprises a lower suspension tube arranged at the front portion of a frame. The lower portion of the lower suspension tube is connected with a front suspension plate, the front suspension plate is fixedly connected with an engine and is provided with an outer lining, an inner lining capable of rotating relative to the outer lining is assembled in the outer lining, a moving member capable of moving with respect to the inner lining is arranged between the outer lining and the inner lining, and the inner lining is fixed to the lower suspension tube through a first bolt. Due to the fact that the outer lining and the inner lining can rotate relatively, namely the outer lining and the inner lining form clearance fit, vibration transferred from the outer lining to the inner lining can be effectively eliminated, accordingly frame vibration is reduced, and vibration noise is reduced. In addition, the moving member arranged between the outer lining and the inner lining transfers the vibration of the outer lining to the inner lining, plays a rigid supporting role, can absorb the vibration and convert the vibration into energy moving with respect to the inner lining and further reduce vibration transferred to the frame.
