The invention discloses a braking method, system and vehicle of tire burst. The braking method comprises the following steps: step S1, monitoring the wheel speed of each wheel of the vehicle; step S2, when a speed difference between two front wheels or two rear wheels is larger than a first preset threshold, judging that the wheel with a low wheel speed generates tire burst, and executing brake on the wheels with a higher wheel speed. Through the adoption of the braking method, system and vehicle of tire burst, which are provided by the invention, the dangerous situation that the vehicle deviates because a driver carries out inappropriate braking operation after the vehicle generates tire burst can be effectively avoided, so that the vehicle can still stably run after the tire bursts, and the running safety of the vehicle can be accordingly improved.
