A car crash three-level buffer device structurally comprises an automobile front and rear beam, a support seat, a cushion pin, a rubber seat, a buffer spring and a buffer rubber block, and is characterized in that the support seat is welded on the automobile front and rear beam, the rubber seat and the support seat are connected by 3 to 6 cushion pins, the buffer rubber block is connected onto the rubber seat, and 3-6 buffer springs are arranged inside the buffer rubber block. When a front side or a rear side of an automobile crash, impact forces are first absorbed by the buffer rubber block, the buffer springs then play secondary energy-absorbing role when the impact forces are very large, and the cushion pins play a three-stage energy-absorbing role after shearing when the impact forces are even larger, thereby greatly reducing impacts on the automobile by external forces.
