The regulation device comprises a photosensitive sensor which is arranged in a high-beam light and used for detecting the intensity of external incident light , a shielding assembly and a regulator arranged in the high-beam light, wherein; the shielding assembly is used for shielding the height of light rays emitted by the high-beam light; the regulator is connected with the photosensitive sensor and the shielding assembly, and regulates the height of the shielding assembly according to the intensity of incident light. According to the regulation device disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, when two vehicles come across, the height of the shielding assembly is regulated by detecting the intensity of incident light, so that the height of light rays emitted by the high-beam light is shielded, the interference of the high-beam light to the view of a driver is lowered, the brightness and the range of the light irradiating on roads are guaranteed to a maximum extent, the traffic accidents are better avoided, the safety risks of driving at night are reduced, and the driving safety is effectively improved.
