The invention relates to an energy-saving environment-friendly electric bicycle which comprises a bicycle, a storage cell, a solar charge device, a wind-driven charge device and a hub charge device. The storage cell is fixed to the middle of the bicycle, the solar charge device comprises a solar cell panel and a controller, the wind-driven charge device comprises fans, fan covers, wind-driven power generators, a cross rod, rectifiers, a ratchet and clips, the hub charge device comprises a hub power generator, a rectifier and a switch, and circuits of the solar charged device, circuits of the wind-driven charge device and circuits of the hub charge device are connected to two ends of the storage cell in parallel. The energy-saving environment-friendly electric bicycle has the advantages that the storage cell not only can be charged by the main supply, but also can be charged by the solar charge device, the wind-driven charge device and the hub charge device, accordingly, the mains supply can be saved, the stroke of the electric bicycle can be increased, and requirements on energy conservation and environmental protection can be met.
