The invention provides a monitoring method of a power supply voltage of a vehicle-mounted controller. The monitoring method comprises the following steps: monitoring and measuring the power supply voltage of the vehicle-mounted controller; judging the changing trend of the power supply voltage according to the power supply voltage; if the changing trend of the power supply voltage is from normal to the under voltage, when the power supply voltage drops to a first threshold, closing the diagnostic function of the vehicle-mounted controller; further closing the vehicle-mounted network communication function of the vehicle-mounted controller when the power supply voltage drops from the first threshold to a second threshold, wherein the second threshold is larger than the first threshold. According to the monitoring method of power supply voltage of the vehicle-mounted controller, which is disclosed by the invention, the normal execution of communication and diagnosis can be guaranteed when the power supply voltage changes, so that the reliability of the vehicle is improved. The invention further discloses a monitoring system and vehicle of the power supply voltage of the vehicle-mounted controller.
