The invention discloses a suspension structure, a suspension installation device and a vehicle. The suspension structure comprises a base, a connecting frame and a first elastic element, wherein the base comprises a main force cavity and multiple component force cavities respectively communicated with a first end of the main force cavity; the main force cavity and an extension direction of at least one of the multiple component force cavities are formed with an included angle; the connecting frame comprises a main force shaft rod capable of moving in the main force cavity in a reciprocating manner, and multiple component force pistons correspondingly arranged in the multiple component force cavities one to one; first ends of the component force pistons are respectively hinged with the first end of the main force shaft rod; and first elastic elements are arranged between second end of the component force pistons and walls of the component force cavities. The suspension structure can perform the vibration isolation for vibrations and stresses in multiple directions transferred by the component force cavities from an installation body (a vehicle frame), so that the fatigue damage conditions of vehicle fittings are greatly reduced.
