The invention discloses an engineering slurry rapid processing apparatus and a usage method thereof. The apparatus comprises two parts of a transport vehicle and a sealable container having a vacuum-electroosmosis system. A horizontal drainpipe net and a vertical drain electrode are arranged at inner side of a top cover of the container, a vacuum pump and a dc source are arranged at one side of the container close to a control chamber of the transport vehicle, a rear cover of the container can be opened, the apparatus is transported to a field, the rear cover is firstly sealed, slurry is pumped into the container, the top cover is sealed, the vacuum pump is turned on, most water in a slurry can be discharged through the horizontal drainpipe net, after discharging for a while, the dc source is energized, electroosmosis is carried out, and then water in the slurry is discharged. A vacuum-electroosmosis technology is used for separating slush to obtain soil with low water content, and then can be taken out by opening the rear cover. According to the invention, secondary pollution due to traditional slurry treatment can be reduced by a slurry collecting and process method, the processed soil can be used for engineering construction, and earthwork resource is saved.
