The invention provides a detection device for spacecraft surface charging effects, which comprises a driving module, a potential sensor, an analog signal processing circuit and a digital signal processing circuit. The monitoring device adopts a closed loop circuit design. When nonlinear distortion happens to the system, nonlinear distortion at the output end of the potential sensor is overlapped with waveforms at the input end, amplified net input signals are neutralized with nonlinear distortion, and thus, linearity and stability of the device can be effectively improved, and the detection precision is improved. In addition, the potential sensor is small in size, light in weight, and can be carried at each position inside the spacecraft for comprehensive surface potential detection; and as non-contact measurement is adopted, the potential sensor is not contacted with the measured surface of the spacecraft, and charge measurement on the measured surface is not influenced.
