The invention provides a ship tail pipe structure, which comprises a propeller shaft, a ship body, a static ring assembly, a movable ring assembly and a radial sealing element, wherein the static ring assembly is fixedly arranged on the ship body; the movable ring assembly is fixedly arranged on the propeller shaft, and is positioned on one side, near an engine room, of the static ring assembly; a first sealing surface is arranged on the static ring assembly; a first sealing part is arranged on the movable ring assembly and is used for forming a first sealing mechanism with the first sealing surface when the propeller shaft rotates; the radial sealing element is fixedly connected with the static ring assembly, and is positioned at one side, far away from the propeller shaft, of the movable ring assembly; a second sealing surface is arranged on the movable ring assembly; a flexible second sealing part is arranged on the radial sealing assembly and is used for forming a second sealing mechanism with the second sealing surface when the movable ring assembly rotates. The first sealing mechanism of the ship tail pipe structure is sealed. When sea water passes due to poor sealing effect, the second sealing mechanism can further prevent the sea water from entering the inside of the engine room, so that the goal of reliable sealing is achieved.
