The invention relates to a brake anti-lock and automobile brake failure remedying device. The brake anti-lock and automobile brake failure remedying device comprises a brake master cylinder, a brake wheel cylinder, a brake pad, a brake drum and a circuit control system. An air pressure controller, an automatic opening and closing device and a pneumatic cylinder are additionally arranged on the basis of an original brake system of a vehicle. The air pressure controller comprises an air pressure storage chamber, an air pressure adjusting chamber and an air pressure control chamber which are sequentially and adjacently arranged; a sealing valve, a sealing valve return spring and a storage chamber air outlet communicated with the air pressure adjusting chamber are arranged inside the air pressure storage chamber connected with the air pressure output end of the brake master cylinder; the air pressure adjusting chamber is internally provided with a vent communicated with the brake wheel cylinder or the pneumatic cylinder; an air pressure adjusting valve, an exhaust outlet and an air pressure adjusting valve return spring are arranged inside the air pressure control chamber. The brake anti-lock and automobile brake failure remedying device has the advantages of achieving automatic rescue and preventing locking when brake of automobiles adopting air pressure type and oil pressure type brake technologies fails, being simple in structure, low in manufacturing cost and suitable for all high, medium and low-grade automobiles, and the like.
