The invention discloses flexible recycling equipment for a carrier rocket and a re-entry capsule. The flexible recycling equipment comprises a bearing net, a floating mechanism, a buffer device, a recycling position addressing device and a recycling position limiting and adjusting device. The flexible recycling equipment is reasonable in structure design, lower in invested cost, good in use effect, safe and reliable in the use process and capable of recycling the carrier rocket or the re-entry capsule falling from the sky. The invention also discloses a design method and an application of the flexible recycling equipment for the carrier rocket and the re-entry capsule. The design method comprises the steps of determining the bearing capacity of the bearing net, determining structure parameters of the bearing net, determining the weight of the bearing net, determining the position of the buffer device, determining the size of the buoyancy provided by the floating mechanism and determining the position of the floating mechanism. The application method comprises the steps of dragging the bearing net in place, acquiring recycling information, adjusting the recycling position and recycling the bearing net. The design method and the application method are simple in steps, reasonable in design and convenient in implementation and good in use effect.
