The invention discloses an air pressure type active anti-collision device, belongs to the technical field of safety of automobiles, and aims to achieve the effects that the anti-collision performance of an automobile is better and the total length of the automobile is not increased. The air pressure type active anti-collision device is technically characterized in that an anti-collision beam is composed of fixed beams 4 and a movable beam 3. The movable beam 3 is installed on the fixed beams through connecting rods 2, pistons and gas cylinders 1; the movable beam 3 can move horizontally through extending and retracting relative to the fixed beams 4; gas generators are installed in the gas cylinders 1 or the gas cylinders are connected with ex-cylinder gas generators; a distance measuring device is installed on the automobile and connected with a computer which is connected with explosive devices; the gas generators are mainly composed of explosives and the explosive devices. The air pressure type active anti-collision device has the advantages that a longer time and a larger physical space required are won for energy release in the collision process of the automobile, so that the automobile and passengers are better protected. The movable beam of the air pressure type active anti-collision device is in a retracted state normally, so the total length of the automobile is not increased.
