The invention provides a passenger train compartment mobile video monitoring system. The passenger train compartment mobile video monitoring system consists of compartment terminal equipment (1), a communication network (7) and a train identification center (8). The train identification center can provide the information of compartments around the train identification center for each compartment according to the received dynamic and static information of the compartments provided by the train compartment terminal equipment so as to achieve the automatic identification function of each compartment. Through the adoption of the scheme, four to five paths of wireless/wired high-definition IP (Internet Protocol) camera images of each compartment are transmitted back to a vehicle-mounted data center for concentrated storage, counting, intelligent identification and emergency processing. Railway policemen and trainmen can use mobile phone clients or monitors to check the video monitoring pictures of each train compartment in real time, monitor the conditions inside the compartments in real time and grasp the dynamic situations of passengers through a vehicle-mounted concentrated monitoring platform. Moreover, the system supports that scene pictures are collected by PADs (Portable Android Devices) and mobile phones and are transmitted back to a command center scheduling platform in real time so as to realize expanded applications such as remote monitoring.
