The invention relates to a ship real-time tracking monitoring method. The method comprises the steps that a ship automatic identification unit collects an AIS message and related information transmitted by a tracked ship and stores the collected information in an AIS database of a ship tracking system; any one ship is selected to be monitored, the latest ship position and speed information recorded in the database acts as an initial monitoring value, and coordinate position transformation, speed transformation and focal length conversion are performed on AIS information of a target ship required to be tracked according to the initial monitoring value so that related transformation values are obtained; navigation coordinates and ship speed of the ship of the next moment are predicted according to the transformation values, and control threshold examination is performed on the prediction values so that a tracking holder camera is confirmed; and control parameters of the tracking holder camera are corrected. The ship real-time tracking monitoring method has advantages being low in signal processing complexity and high in accuracy so that working efficiency of on-duty personnel can be greatly enhanced.
