The invention discloses a marine steering system. According to the steering system, a steering wheel is mounted on a first rotating shaft, a hollow rotating shaft sleeves the outer side of the first rotating shaft, both the first rotating shaft and the hollow rotating shaft are connected with a universal joint, the universal joint is connected with a second rotating shaft, the second rotating shaft is connected with a worm gear input end of a worm gear-worm mechanism, a worm output end of the worm gear-worm mechanism is connected with a third rotating shaft, the third rotating shaft is further connected with one end of a force transferring rod through a first link, the other end of the force transferring rod is connected with a second link, a third link is connected with a fourth rotating shaft, a steering rudder is mounted at the lower end of the fourth rotating shaft, and both the second link and the third link are connected with a guiding mechanism. The marine steering system has the advantages that on one hand, self-locking performance can be realized during direction adjustment, and the problem that direction cannot be rapidly adjusted due to resistance of water is avoided; on the other hand, two functions, namely automatic steering and manual steering, can be realized; meanwhile, the steering system is simple in structure and convenient in use.
