The invention discloses a temperature control method based on navigation equipment and navigation equipment and relates to the technical field of navigation, and the temperature control method and the navigation equipment are invented to promote user experience. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring the present in-car temperature of a vehicle; acquiring the vehicle exterior temperature of a destination; according to the present in-car temperature of the vehicle and the vehicle exterior temperature of the destination, adjusting the in-car temperature to the objective temperature, wherein the objective temperature is between the present in-car temperature of the vehicle and the vehicle exterior temperature of the destination. The temperature control method and the navigation equipment can be applied to the navigation technology.
