An embodiment of the invention discloses an early warning method for high-speed running. The method includes: acquiring first running state information of a first vehicle, judging whether the first running state information is abnormal or not, and if yes, sending the first running state information to a server by means of communication connection; after the server receives the first running state information, sending early warning information to second vehicular equipment; enabling the second vehicular equipment to alarm according to the received early warning information. By adoption of the early warning method for high-speed running, a vehicle in potential accident can be warned early according to running states, multiple vehicles can be connected with the same server to realize shearing of early warning and supervision data, and accordingly possibility of serial rear-end collision accidents on expressways can be lowered effectively, and traffic accident early warning efficiency is improved.
