The invention provides a novel traffic control lamp, belongs to the technical field of traffic devices and solves the problem that the existing zebra crossings are unconspicuous at night. The traffic control lamp comprises a lamp pole arranged vertically, a lamp panel is connected on the lamp pole and is of a long-strip platy structure, a plurality of strip lamp grooves are arranged in the bottom surface of the lamp panel equidistantly along the length direction of the lamp panel, the length direction of the lamp grooves is perpendicular to that of the lamp panel, an LED lamp arranged along the length direction of each lamp groove is arranged in each lamp groove, and the LED lamps can form a plurality of equidistant strip light rays on the pavement vertically and downwardly. The traffic control lamp assists in reminding drivers as the LED lamps form the equidistant strip light rays on the pavement vertically and downwardly to replace the traditional coating zebra crossings and the light rays are more striking than the traditional coating zebra crossings particularly at night.
