The invention relates to a heat treatment method of a high-strength automobile bumper. Under the condition of guarantee of relatively lower cost and higher toughness, the strength of the automobile bumper is substantially improved with the heat treatment method adopting phased heating of quenching, tempering, subzero treatment, secondary quenching, retempering, polishing and exquisite trimming as well as through limiting of specific parameters.
