The invention discloses an aeroengine installation vehicle which comprises a bottom platform, a lifting mechanism, a transverse-vertical sliding platform, an installation support, a posture adjusting mechanism and an aeroengine support. Multiple Mecanum wheels are arranged under the bottom platform; the lifting mechanism is located between the transverse-vertical sliding platform and the bottom platform; the transverse-vertical sliding platform is provided with a support part and a sliding part located over the support part, and the sliding part can slide along the support part towards the transverse and vertical direction of the bottom platform; the installation support is fixed above the transverse-vertical sliding platform, and the posture adjusting mechanism is arranged between the installation support and the aeroengine support. The installation vehicle is convenient to operate.
