The invention relates to an emergency lifting buoyage device. The emergency lifting buoyage device comprises a pressureproof shell, surrounding slots are extended from the top of the pressureproof shell, cable frames are installed in the surrounding slots in an embedded mode, the cable frames are of a cylinder structure, lifting points are on a pressure shell platform located at the bottoms of the cable frames, the lifting points are connected with one ends of cables, and the cables are arranged in a stacked and rolled mode upward the lifting points sequentially. Buoyancy blocks are arranged at the upper portions of the cable frames, the cables are pressed by the buoyancy blocks, the buoyancy blocks are of a circular truncated cone-shaped structure, embedded parts are connected to the upper portions of the buoyancy blocks through threads, the tops of the embedded parts are provided with lifting bolts, penetrating through holes are formed in the middle portions of the buoyancy blocks, and the other ends of the cables are connected with the lifting bolts after penetrating the penetrating through holes. A plurality of locking oil cylinders used for fixing the buoyancy blocks are uniformly installed at the outer circumferences located at the upper portions of the cable frames at interval. The periphery of the top portions of the cable frames are upper decks, and the upper top faces of the cable frames and the upper top faces of the buoyancy blocks are flush with the upper decks. Application for all the sea depth can be satisfied, the use is convenient and flexible, and the operation is reliable.
