The invention discloses a metamorphic balance mechanism of a subminiature underwater robot. The metamorphic balance mechanism comprises a transmission shaft, deep groove ball bearings, a system fixing plate, a metamorphic mechanism, springs, an internal thread fixing block, a volume-variable buoyancy ball, a thread transmission shaft, a buoyancy ball fixing plate, spring baffle rings and an air tube, wherein the transmission shaft is connected with the thread transmission shaft; the thread transmission shaft is connected with the internal thread fixing block; the system fixing plate is fixed on a subminiature underwater robot main body; the metamorphic mechanism is fixed on the system fixing plate; the buoyancy ball fixing plate is connected with the metamorphic mechanism; the volume-variable buoyancy ball is fixed on the buoyancy ball fixing plate; the internal thread fixing block is fixed to the volume-variable buoyancy ball by using screws; the spring baffle rings and the springs are mounted between the system fixing plate and the buoyancy ball fixing plate. Due to the adoption of the metamorphic mechanism, mutual switching of two positions of the compressible metamorphic mechanism can be achieved, the metamorphic balance mechanism is simple in structure, light in weight and high in reliability, and the balance property and the anti-interference property of the metamorphic balance mechanism are greatly improved.
