The invention in particular relates to a hydrofoil catamaran longitudinal attitude estimation method based on a fusion filter, and longitudinal attitude information (including noise measurement) of a catamaran part is acquired through a measurement system. The method comprises the steps that the longitudinal attitude information of the catamaran part is measured by the measurement system on a catamaran, the longitudinal attitude information are passed to a first filter and a second filter, and controlled quantity acted on the catamaran is passed to the first filter and the second filter; longitudinal attitude estimated values Xk, Xk, the k=1, 2, 3, ...are obtained by the first filter and the second filter; evaluation functions of the first filter and the second filter are calculated respectively. According to the criterion of the evaluation functions, a fusion estimated value Xk of hydrofoil catamaran longitudinal attitude is obtained. By means of the method, the estimated precision of estimated result statistical property is good, independent and parallel computation is carried out by the two filters, the calculating time cannot be increased, state expansion is not conducted due to wave colored noise, the calculated quantity and complexity of filter estimation are reduced, and the calculating speed is improved.
