The invention discloses a ship horizontal mooring bollard structure. A mooring bollard column is horizontally arranged in the middle of a bulwark, one end of the mooring bollard column is fixed inside the bulwark, and the other end of the mooring bollard column protrudes out of the bulwark. Stopping pillars are perpendicularly installed at the upper and lower ends of the protruding end respectively. The mooring bollard column of the mooring bollard is horizontally arranged, in this way, better structural strength can be achieved, the stress upper limit is increased, a deck will not be affected, the structural strength needed by the deck can be reduced, then designing and installing difficulty is lowered, space utilization is more reasonable and sufficient, and the needed space is reduced; space layout of ship designing is facilitated, and staff and equipment can pass on the deck conveniently.
