A drag link ball shell for a motor vehicle is mainly composed of a ball head used for installing an automobile ball pin in a matched mode, and a ball handle connected with the ball head. The ball head is a columnar body with an axial hole channel formed in the middle, and a retracting hole channel is formed in the upper middle of the axial hole channel. The side wall of the ball head is connected with the ball handle which is located on the transverse plane of the columnar body ball head and composed of an arc-shaped crank and a small segment of straight handle, the axial center line of the straight handle and the center of the columnar body ball head are located on the same straight line, and at least one through hole is formed in the straight handle of the ball handle. The upper retracting hole channel body in the axial hole channel is a conical hole channel, the lower hole channel body is a straight hole channel formed through transition of an arc hole channel, and the lower hole channel body is longer than the upper hole channel body. The direction of the through holes in the straight handle is the same as or perpendicular to that of the axial hole channel of the columnar body. The drag link ball shell has the advantages that the ball shell is reasonable and compact in structure, resistant to abrasion, convenient to use and install, the service life of the ball shell can be prolonged, and using efficiency can be improved.
