The invention provides a digital train wireless dispatching communication system locomotive radio station. The radio station comprises a train tail locomotive radio station mainframe, a control box and a multi-frequency-band antenna. The train tail locomotive radio station mainframe comprises a master control board. The master control board is connected with a power source module, a storage battery, a 400 MHz digital radio station body and a GPRS module. The master control board is connected to the control box, a CIR depot examination platform and a computer through interface units. The 400 MHz digital radio station body and the GPRS module are connected to the multi-frequency-band antenna through a combiner. The power source module is powered through input of a DC 110 V power source. The GSM-R+400 MHz digital double-module is adopted to be used for the train zones where the GSM-R system and the 400 MHz digital system of tail train operation routes are adopted at the same time, meanwhile, the radio station has the simulation system train tail function and is capable of being compatible with 450 MHz simulation system train tail devices, the unique corresponding relation between the radio station and the train tail mainframe is removed through number cancel and disconnection, and the radio station is safe, convenient and fast to use.
