The invention relates to a device for preventing subway train doors from being extruded by passengers. The device comprises external door sills which are arranged between train outer side walls and train doors, wherein each external door sill is provided with a friction plate; pressure sensors are arranged on the friction plates; the pressure sensors are connected with a microprocessor; the microprocessor is connected with an alarm speaker and a display reminder. The method comprises the steps: (1) the pressure sensors which are used for detecting pressure on the train doors are arranged below the train doors, the pressure sensors are connected with the microprocessor, and the microprocessor is connected with the alarm speaker and the display reminder respectively; (2) a train door pressure value is set in the microprocessor; (3) during the running of a train, the pressure sensors detect the pressure on the train doors, the condition that the train doors are leant by the passengers is indicated if the value of pressure is greater than the set value, and the microprocessor sends out alarm signals; if the value of pressure detected by the pressure sensors is less than or equal to the set value, the microprocessor does not send out alarm signals and does not output voice prompts. The device has the characteristics of no deformation, high reliability and long service life.
