The invention relates to water and land combined transportation facilities, in particular to a single track over-water railway. Since no such facilities exist at present, the water transportation speed around the world is slow, fuel oil resources are wasted, and the air pollution increases. The over-water railway uses train power to drive a ship queue floated on water. Both the natural advantages of land friction and over-water floating lubricating are used to improve the over-water transportation speed and reduce fuel oil waste and atmosphere pollution. The railway pressure is relieved, and the transportation development is improved. The abstract attached figure is an over-water railway diagrammatic graph of the single track over-water railway, graph 1, the back view diagrammatic graph of a train driving a ship queue and the serial number of part distribution, 1, a train; 2, ships; 3, a water level line; 4, a railway pier; 5, a track bolster; 6, a track; 7, a cement guard rail wall; 8, train wheels; 9, a power electrical source wire; 10, a hydraulic cylinder fixed on a train beam; 11, a hydraulic push rod; 12, a pull rope connected the hydraulic cylinder with the ships; 13, a hydraulic cylinder hinge clamp fixed on the front and rear connection clamp of the train.
