The invention discloses an irradiation direction adjusting method for an automobile headlamp on a curve. A steering angle of an automobile steering wheel is compared with a preset angle threshold value, when the steering angle is larger than the preset angle threshold value, the running speed of an automobile is compared with a preset speed threshold value, when the running speed of the automobile is larger than the preset speed threshold value, the safe brake distance is calculated firstly, then the radius of the curve is calculated, the horizontal irradiation angle of the automobile headlamp is calculated on this basis, and then the irradiation angle of the automobile headlamp is adjusted. The method is simple in design and convenient to use, when the automobile turns, it is ensured that the irradiation distance is larger than the safe brake distance, a blind area is avoided, and driving is safer.
