The invention discloses a bevel gear transmission roller vane type lifting device and belongs to the field of aviation. The device comprises a stand, a first input shaft, a straight gear set, a tube shaft, a first roller shaft, a second roller shaft, a second input shaft, a driving bevel gear, a first driven bevel gear, a second driven bevel gear, a first roller and a second roller. The first input shaft is connected with a driving straight gear, and the tube shaft is connected with a driven straight gear. The first roller shaft and the second roller shaft are fixedly connected to the upper end of the tube shaft in a coaxial mode. The middle section of the second input shaft is installed in the tube shaft, and the upper end of the tube shaft is fixedly connected with the driving bevel gear. The first driven bevel gear and the second driven bevel gear are installed on the first roller shaft and the second roller shaft through bearings respectively, and the first roller and the second roller are fixedly connected with the first driven bevel gear and the second driven bevel gear in a coaxial mode respectively. The first roller and the second roller are driven by power to conduct autorotation and revolution and generate lifting force, and the magnitude and direction of the generated lifting force are adjusted and controlled by adjusting the rotation speed and rotation directions of the first input shaft and the second input shaft.
