The invention discloses a two-dimensional linkage obstacle-crossing walking mechanism, comprising an obstacle-crossing plane plate and circular wheels; the circular wheels are provided with locating holes and locating pin shafts near circumferential positions; the circular wheels are connected to the obstacle-crossing plane plate via matching between the locating pin shafts and the locating holes; at least two circular wheels are connected to the bottom of the obstacle-crossing plane plate; at least one circular wheel is connected to the middle part or the upper part of the obstacle-crossing plane plate; a power shaft is arranged in the center of each of the circular wheels; the circular wheels are driven by the power shafts to rotate around the locating pin shafts with the same phase positions; the front and rear ends of the bottom of the obstacle-crossing plane plate are beyond a rotational range of the circular wheels. The two-dimensional linkage obstacle-crossing walking mechanism is controlled simply; the walking mechanism is simple in structure and effectively solves the problem of singular points of a straight-bar mechanism; the mechanism can move efficiently in a wheeled manner on a flat ground and can effectively cross an obstacle by a plane linkage on an irregular terrain.
