The invention discloses a vehicle mode identifier with an alarm and a radiating device. By adopting the vehicle model identifier of the invention, a light curtain sensor and a double-piezoelectric thin film sensor in the vehicle model identifier can be started to identify a vehicle when the vehicle comes, and an energy-saving effect is achieved. Meanwhile, a distance sensor can detect the distance between a vehicle, a person or other objects and the vehicle model identifier, and issue an alarm. Objects are effectively prevented from being hung on or touching the vehicle model identifier. Anti-collision and anti-theft functions are achieved. Moreover, the vehicle model identifier can be used in a harsh environment of high temperature, the internal temperature of the vehicle model identifier equipped with the light curtain sensor can be automatically controlled, and normal and stable use of the light curtain sensor is ensured.
