The invention discloses an urban comprehensive transportation junction transfer passenger flow volume detecting method based on mobile phone terminals. The detecting method includes the following steps that multiple information collecting modules collect handheld mobile phone data of all transportation mode functional regions respectively and form passenger flow information of all the transportation mode functional regions; a preprocessing module preprocesses the passenger flow information obtained by the information collecting modules to obtain preprocessed passenger flow information; a processing module calculates passenger flow transfer basic data according to the preprocessed passenger flow information obtained by the preprocessing module; an estimating module calculates the actual transfer passenger flow volume according to the passenger flow transfer basic data obtained by the processing module and an additional coefficient. The transfer passenger flow volume between the different transportation modes can be automatically collected, data support is provided for laying and dividing all the transportation mode functional regions and junction passenger flow channels of an urban comprehensive transportation junction, and an auxiliary decision is provided for passenger flow management of the whole urban comprehensive transportation junction.
